Rules - An adult caregiver MUST be present with the child at all times throughout this program - All classes will be held outdoors at Madison Square Park (exact meeting location will be shared after registration) - Caregiver engagement is encouraged throughout this program - Initial $50 fee to hold spot is non-refundable -Full registration fee is due no later than 2 weeks before the beginning of the program - Full registration fee is non-refundable within 7 days of the start of the program - Registration fee includes 5 1-hour classes and all learning materials needed - It is recommended that each family bring a hard surface for writing (ex. a foldable lap desk or a whiteboard) -Classes are weather permitting. If classes are cancelled due to inclement weather, a makeup class will be offered at the discretion of Little Letters, LLC. Refunds will not be given if classes are rescheduled due to inclement weather. I hereby release and agree to hold Little Letters, LLC harmless from, and waive on behalf of myself, my heirs, and any personal representatives any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or property that may be caused by any act, or failure to act of Little Letters, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Little Letters, LLC. I understand that this release discharges Little Letters, LLC from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Little Letters with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Little Letters, LLC. I hereby acknowledge that results of this camp are not guaranteed. This liability waiver and release extends to Little Letters, LLC together with all owners, partners, and employees.

Photo Release *

I give Little Letters, LLC permission to use my child’s photograph or photographic image in official Little Letters, LLC business, including: business website, newsletters, advertisements, social media, etc. I understand that photographic images or video may be used for promotional purposes. In addition, I give permission for images of my child’s completed handwritten work (with names omitted) to be use for Little Letters, LLC business as described above. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product in which a photographic or video image may be used, including the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied.
